Head Coach: Cara Duckworth

Coach Information: I played softball at NNU from 2008-2012. I coached high school softball for 8 years and offered pitching lessons in the past. 

Team Vision/Plan: I would like to compete at a high level with players and families who want to succeed on and off the field while also growing a relationship with Christ. 

Season Date: February-July

Head Coach: Colby McCarty

Coach Information: Colby has coached with FCA for 3 years.

Team Vision/Plan: Our vision is to create an environment where every player is able to grow in skill, and develop a lifelong love for the sport. We will play in the Gals league in Caldwell. 

Season Date: April 1 - Mid/Late June

Head Coach: Tyler Crow

Coach Information: Tyler has been involved with the FCA softball program for the last 3 years and played baseball at the collegiate level.
Assistant Greg Schelhaas is in the College of Idaho athletic hall of fame for baseball. Assistant Miranda Neville has been coaching for the last 13 years.

Team Vision/Plan: Idaho tournaments only 
We will focus on skill development along with spiritual development. 
Emphasis on fundamentals and softball IQ

Season Date: Some fall/winter workouts. Spring and Summer season with 4-6 tournaments ending in July. 

Head Coach: James Porter

Coach Information: Former collegiate player for both Northwest Nazarene University and The College of Idaho. James grew up in Nampa, Idaho, but got the opportunity to travel the west playing collegiate summer baseball for teams out of Portland, OR and Yakima, WA. Won many All-Conference, pitcher of the week, and pitcher of the tournament awards in college. Has coached 18 youth and high school teams. Most recently helping grow the program for the now State Champion Cole Valley Christian High School Softball team, with 3 of his former players winning State this year. James is currently going into his 4th season as a head coach with FCA. He takes pride in developing athletes into terrific softball players and followers of Christ. 

Team Vision/Plan: 12U FCA FORCE GOLD players will increase their love for the team sport of Softball. They will learn to become great teammates. They will get ample opportunity to increase their skills in all aspects of the game. This team's commitment will run from End of March 2025- Mid June 2025. We will play in the GALS league in Caldwell and will participate in their tournament. Any fall or winter clinics will be on your own.

Head Coach: Gideon Gragg

Coach Information: 8 years of high school baseball at Emmett high school. Assistant: coached softball at Nampa Christian, as well as an assistant coach at NNU.
