Task Force Volunteer Roles
Join our mission to strengthen our organization by contributing your unique talents and abilities. We are forming a dedicated task force of parents to support our organization and enhance the sports experience for our athletes. We are seeking parents who can contribute in the following areas. Please read the role descriptions and select those you are interested in.
All task force volunteers report to the local area FCA Staff person and must comply with FCA requirements (application process). Their objective is to assist, support and enhance the sports ministry program by working with the FCA Staff, volunteers and the teams (coaches/parents) to accomplish the mission of FCA.

Fundraising CoordinatorList Item 1
A volunteer who supports an area’s fundraising efforts by:
• Understanding FCA’s financial processes as it pertains to fundraising
• Collaborating with FCA Sports Staff and other area’s fundraising coordinators for joint fundraiser(s)
• Implementing a collaborative localized fundraiser
• Supporting individual teams in their fundraising efforts
• Growing/Improving the local sponsorship program

Community Outreach LiasonList Item 2
A proactive & communicative parent who fosters strong connections between the team and the community by:
• promoting community (? community as in Treasure Valley, FCA Sports, etc?) events
• building partnerships
• engaging and thanking local support
• providing serve opportunities for teams to bless the community

Uniform CoordinatorList Item 3
A detail-oriented parent who manages team uniforms by:
• assisting/improving ordering processes
• coordinating fittings and fitting processes, and ensuring timely distribution
• working with FCA Staff or uniform distributors as needed to support team orders
• Note: this is not a uniform design role

FacilitiesList Item 4
A hands-on and dependable parent who helps maintain team sports facilities by:
• organizing and executing field care expectations
• coordinating projects/repairs with FCA Staff, volunteers and or contractors
• ensuring a safe and functional environment

Social Media
A creative and experienced parent who assists/manages the area’s social media by:
• understanding FCA’s Branding Guidlelines
• supporting team social media volunteers
• implementing/maintaining a social media strategy and schedule
• sharing updates, promoting events, and interacting with other accounts
